Before Delivery

If your reading hasn't been delivered, you're entitled to a full refund.

After Delivery

Your reading includes one free revision within 7 days of delivery. For the Natal and Compatibility readings, a revision means clarifying or expanding a section of the report you already received — it is not a second full reading, and it does not cover unrelated new questions. For the Complete Year Bundle, the revision may also address related follow-up questions about the same chart. Questions outside these scopes can be answered for an additional fee; please contact us before requesting them.
